Biography
Albi Zhulali is an Albanian technology entrepreneur and the founder & CEO of EU Presence, a platform that helps non-EU businesses achieve regulatory and operational compliance within the European Union. Through EU Presence, Albi is building the infrastructure layer that enables companies worldwide to expand into the EU quickly, safely, and with full compliance.
He is also an early-stage investor through Founders Catalyst, a venture studio that supports promising entrepreneurs and scalable ventures. Prior to EU Presence, Albi founded and led Softmogul, a comprehensive software platform that unified hotel operations and was used by hospitality professionals around the world.
Albi’s passion for technology and entrepreneurship began early. He later pursued this passion at Draper University in Silicon Valley, where he excelled, ranking second in his class and winning the program’s hackathon competition.
In addition to his role as CEO, Albi is the host of the Founders Room Podcast, where he interviews leading entrepreneurs and innovators from around the world. Notable guests include Tim Draper, Andrew Gazdecki, and Jeff Burton, among others. Through these conversations, Albi shares insights on entrepreneurship, technology, and business strategy with a global audience.
